This one of a kind house is placed in a quiet, peaceful, wooded setting, not far from the Ashokan Reservoir. The original part of this house was built from a design out of McGill University in Montreal as part of its Affordable Homes Program, begun in 1988 by Professor of Architecture Avi Friedman and well-known architect and author Witold Rybcznski. The east wing, added on later, has the Master Bedroom upstairs and the Livingroom downstairs. There is also a year round stream that borders the property.
